Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
  • International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
  • Occasionally, promotional offers may include discounted or free shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if available for your shipping option).
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If the package is returned, we may re-ship it at the customer’s expense.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
  • We’ll issue a free replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

No Returns for Change of Mind

  • Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
