How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Contact us here with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
